单颌及双颌正颌手术后面部软硬组织变化对比探究[摘要]目的:对比分析骨性安氏III类错牙合畸形正牙合手术后面部软硬组织的变化特点。方法:选择成人骨性III类错牙合20例,对其手术前后头颅侧位片进行测量分析。结果:G- Sn- Pg’,Cm-Sn-UL,S-N’- Sn,UL-E的改变,两组有所不同。B’与B,PoS与Po,GnS与Gn以及MeS与Me具有高度的相关性。软硬组织位移变化率双颌组均小于单颌组。结论:鼻唇关系差的骨性III类错牙合最好做双颌手术。软硬组织位移比率:双颌手术中上颌小于下颌,且单颌手术高于双颌手术;软硬组织相关性:双颌手术中下颌比上颌强,且单颌比双颌强。 [关键词]骨性III类错牙合;正颌手术;X 线头影测量;侧貌 [中图分类号]R783[文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455(2010)03-0398-04 Comparative Study of soft and hard tissue changes after mandibular and bimaxillary orthognathic sugery LIU Di1,ZHANG Miao-miao1,LIU Zhi-jie2,ZHAI Ma-li1 (1.Department of Orthodontics,Stomatology School of Haerbin Medical University,Haerbin 150020,Heilongjiang,China;2.Department of Radiology,Stomatology School of Haerbin Medical University) Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare the changes of soft and hard tissues in patients with Skeletal Angle Class III malocclusion following orthognathic surgery.MethodsThe cephalograms of Adult Skeletal Class III malocclusion in 20 cases were measured and analyzed before and after operation.ResultsT G-Sn-Pg ‘,UL-E,Cm-Sn-UL,S-N’-Sn are different in two groups.B ‘and B,PoS and Po,GnS and Gn,MeS and Me have dramatically correlations.The soft and hard tissue changes in the bimaxillary groups were smaller than mandibular group. Conclusion Bimaxillary surgery is better when the relationship of Skeletal Angle Class III malocclusion. In the bimaxillary surgery,the displacement ratio of soft and hard tissue of upper jaw is smaller than the soft tissue of submaxilla and the ratio in maxillary surgery is bigger than bimaxillary surgery.In bimaxillary surgery,the mandibular have a stronger correlation with the corresponding than the upper jaw,and maxillary surgery have a dramatic correlation with the corresponding than bimaxillary surgery.
