无水酒精注射法治疗腋臭远期效果探究及治疗方案探析[摘要]目的：观察应用无水酒精注射法治疗腋臭远期治疗效果，明确其安全性、有效性，并对其治疗方案进行摸索以提供相对规范的治疗方法。方法：根据腋臭严重程度，将患者分为不同的类型，并制定相应的治疗方案，应用无水酒精皮下注射治疗腋臭。结果：从2004年8月～2008年3月，共35例患者应用本法治疗，其中27例病人随访2年以上。全部病人均无复发，无血肿、感染和副损伤等发生。有效率与本科同时期手术去除汗腺治疗腋臭效果近似。 结论：应用无水酒精注射治疗腋臭是安全有效的方法，效果持久无复发。 [关键词]腋臭；无水酒精；治疗； [中图分类号]R622[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455（2008）06-0822-03 The long term results of injection anhydrous alcohol to treat bromidrosis and its standard protocol HOU Ying,LV Wei,FAN Ju-feng,DU Xin,LI hui,TIAN Bo-wen,LIU Tao-tao (Department of Plastic Surgery, Beijing Chaoyang Hospiatal of Capital Medical University, Beijing 100020, China) Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the long term result of the method of injection anhydrous alcohol to treat axillary bromidrosis and to evaluate its security and the effectiveness. To work out a standard treatment protocal for treating axillary bormidrosis with anhydrous alcohol. MethodsPatients with acillary bormidrosis was classified into several types. Then they were treated with injection of anhydrous alcohol, each type with an unique protocol. ResultsFrom August 2004 to March 2008, thirty-five patients underwent this technique. Thirty-three of them had been followed up for more than two years. No recurrence, hematoma, infection nor iatrogenic injury occurred. The effectiveness of this method is similar to that of incision operation to treat axillary bromidrosis during the same period in our department. ConclusionInjection anhydrous alcohol is a safe and effective method to treat t axillary bromidrosis. The results are durable. Key words: axillary bromidrosis; anhydrous alcohol; injection 腋臭的治疗方法有很多种，主要目的都是去除腋窝部位的大汗腺。手术切开去除腋窝大汗腺的传统方法已被广为接受，但是术后必然在腋窝形成不同程度的瘢痕。近年来，时有应用无水酒精等药物注射治疗腋臭的报道，但是其治疗方案各异，且缺乏远期随访研究。我科从2004年开始应用无水酒精注射法治疗腋臭，进行了远期随访，并对治疗方案和方法进行了改进和规范化。 1材料 99.97% 无水酒精。局麻药物配方：2%利多卡因20ml、0.9％生理盐水80ml、盐酸肾上腺素0.3mg。1ml注射器、10ml注射器。 2手术方法 2.1 确定患者类型：我们将腋窝气味严重程度分为4级（气味严重程度判断以患者就诊前日洗澡后为准）。术前对病人进行判断确定其类型。根据其类型，决定治疗方案。由两名医生共同判断其所属类型，术后疗效亦由
