氟康唑综合疗法治疗37例复发性念珠菌性外阴阴道炎疗效观察及分析作者单位：463000 河南省驻马店市中心人民医院 通讯作者：尤伯俭 【摘要】 目的 探讨复发性念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的治疗及预防。方法 按治疗方法不同分为两组，治疗组给予氟康唑150 mg/d，同时联合应用抗组胺药如西替利嗪10 mg/d，乙酰水杨酸片0.3 mg/d，连服6 d，以后续用3个月经周期各6 d；非月经期间外用硼酸胶囊600 mg/晚。对照组选用氟康唑150 mg/d，共6 d。治疗3个月后观察疗效。结果 两组治疗后1周的治愈率并无显著差异，治疗组为97.3%，对照组为89.66%；但治疗后3个月复查，治疗组复发率为0，对照组则为17.24%。治疗后6个月复查，治疗组复发率为5.56%，而对照组的复发率为34.48%，两组在3、6个月复发率的比较，差异均有统计学意义。结论 氟康唑综合短程冲击治疗加月经期间断性、预防性给药对复发性念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的治疗和预防效果显著。 【关键词】 氟康唑； 复发性念珠菌性外阴阴道炎 Curative effect observation and analysis of 37 cases of recurrent vulvo vaginal candidiasis treating with fluconazole combination therapy YOU Bo-jian.The First People’s Hospital of Queshan County，Queshan 463200,China 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate recurrent vulvo vaginal candidiasis treatment and prevention.Methods To observe the two groups of patients,fluconazole in the experiment- group given 150 mg / day,at the same time the joint application,such as antihistamines cetirizine 10 mg / day of acetylsalicylic acid tablets 0.3 g / day,even the 6-day service to,after three months of follow-up with the 6-day cycle；non-menstrual period for external use boric acid capsules of 600 mg / night.In the control-group selection of fluconazole 150 mg / day,a total of 6 days. 3 months after the treatment effect observed.Results The two groups after 1 week of treatment did not cure a significant difference in the treatment group for 97.3 percents, to 89.66 percents in the control group;but after treatment in March to review the treatment group relapse rate of 0,control group compared with 19.23 percents.After treatment for 6 months to review the treatment group relapse rate was 5.56 percents,while the control group,the recurrence rate was 38.46 percents,the two groups in the 3 months to 6 months,the recurrence rate of its differences comparison are significant.Conclusion The fluconazole comprehensive treatment increases the impact of short-range off during the period of preventive administration of recurrent vulvo vagi
