They meet and collide with theregional traditions to form new culturalmakeup gradually, thus affecting theproduction and consumption of literature. This paper starts from the poems on the topicof wine, then it expounds on the traditions of drinking wine, the condition and pomp of producing wine and the consumption of wine. Finally it points out that the urban drunken songs of Jiangnan in Tang Dynasty can show the poetic features in Jiangnan culture at best.
