Abs tract: By theories, the transaction system in the con stru ction m aterials m arket w ou ld adopt a p artnersh ip
organization as a response to the increasing m arket uncertainties. T his p ap er analyzes the factors w hich
in flu ences the tran saction behaviors of current m arket system, predicts the beh av iors and cost changes driven
by the uncerta inties, and presents a case analysis to verify the conc lu sion. T he pap er f inally bluepr ints a
system to cope w ith the uncerta int ies cau sed by the factors ana lyzed.
