There were 12 males and 7 fema1es. The average age of 出e patients was 36.63 years (range H08pital of Central 1 9--66 years)，缸nong which 10 cases were left and nine cases were right. AlI 出e cases were closed comminuted 仕actures and Sou由 Universi町、 13 cases of them were simple fracture while 耻。由町 six c槌es with radical nerve i咱町. Hurnerus metal bone plate , with Chan事ha 41∞13 ， Hunan Provin臼， pattem number YJQ 1 (recondition), was used in this study. AlI patients got the bone union in the average follow-up time of China 10 months without ∞mplications such as delayed union , nonunion and wound infection. The average healing time was three months. Aitken and Rorabeek s∞re: excellent in 14 cases , good in 3，∞mmon in 2 , and p∞r in O. Totally 89.47% of 出e Mi Lei 食、 Studying patients achieved excellent and good effect. for mas
