银杏平颤方及其拆方对PD小鼠行为学形态学影响摘 要：目的：探讨中药治疗帕金森病(PD)的作用和机制，观察银杏平颤方及其拆方对帕金森病(PD)模型小鼠行为学和形态学的影响。方法：应用MPTP制作PD小鼠模型。应用爬竿试验测试行为学变化和HE染色观察黑质和纹状体形态结构的变化。结果：(1)模型组行为学评分明显高于正常组(P0.05).(2)GBPR and its three similar prescriptions protected neurons in SNc.
