青少年网络成瘾集体心理治疗效果评价【摘要】 目的 评价集体心理治疗对青少年网络成瘾者的疗效，探讨青少年网络成瘾防治的有效方法。方法 将南昌市32位自愿接受治疗的网络成瘾大、中学生分为研究组和对照组，每组16人；治疗组采用集体心理治疗进行为期1个月的干预，对照组采用非特异的支持治疗。治疗前后采用症状自评量表（SCL－90）、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)及中文网络成瘾量表（CIAS）进行评估。结果 共有28名学生完成集体心理干预，治疗组（79％）有效率显著高于对照组（21％，P＜0.05）；治疗前治疗组与对照组SCL-90，GSES，CIAS评分差异无统计学意义（P值均＞0.05）；治疗结束后治疗组SCL-90各因子、CIAS评分显著低于治疗前，GSES评分显著高于治疗前（P值均＜0.05）；治疗组SCL-90各因子、GSES及CIAS的改善情况均大于对照组（P值均＜0.05）。结论 集体心理治疗对治疗青少年网络成瘾效果明显。 【关键词】 行为，成瘾；心理疗法，分组；治疗结果；青少年 【中图分类号】 R 179 R 395.6 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 1000-9817(2008)01-0017-03 Impact Evaluation of Group Counseling on Internet Addiction Adolescents/Guo Ming?*,Yu Fang,CHAO Xue-lin,et al.?* Department of Medical Psychology,The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University,Nanchang(330006),China 【Abstract】 Objective To Study the effect of group counseling on internet addiction teenagers,and to explore the effective method to preventing internet addiction among adolescents.Methods Thirty-two middle school students and college students who volunteered to receive treatment were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group which were treated by group counseling and supportive psychotherapy.The Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES)and Chinese Internet Addiction Scale(CIAS)were used to assess the impact before and after the counseling.Results Twenty-eight students finished group counseling.The effective rate of experimental group(79%) was significantly higher than the control group(21%,P＜0.05).There was no statistical significance between the experimental group and the control group in the scores of SCL-90,GSES and CIAS before group counseling(P＞0.05).In the post test,the scores of SCL-90 and CIAS of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group(P＜0.05),and the scores of GSES of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group(P＜0.05).Group counseling was significantly superior to supportive psychotherapy in improving scores of
