手术显微镜应用于热牙胶垂直加压根管充填中的临床评价 彭轶，刘浩，陈巧 （重庆医科大学口腔医学院牙体牙髓科，重庆市口腔疾病与生物医学研究中心，重庆 400015） [摘要] 目的：评价手术显微镜应用于垂直加压根管充填技术进行临床疗效评价。方法:选择到本院牙体牙髓科就诊的牙髓病或根尖周病患者60颗, 按就诊顺序排列随机分为两组，每组30颗患牙，采用ProTaper机用镍钛锉预备至F3锉。分别采用分别采用常规方法和显微镜下连续波热垂直加压技术充填根管。对两组的根管充填时间、术中疼痛情况和根管充填效果进行比较。应用术后即刻X 线片，分别进行2 组患牙根管充填质量进行临床比较，采用SPSS19.0 软件包进行统计学分析，比较采用χ2 检验。结果：根管显微镜下操作的充填质量和操作时间高于常规充填操作（P＜0.05）。但是术中疼痛情况无明显差异（P0.05），结论：应用显微镜进行热牙胶垂直加压充填根管，能有效提高根管充填质量，值得临床推广使用，但需要加强根管显微镜的操作技能的学习和训练。 [关键词] 根管显微镜；垂直加压技术；根管充填 [中图分类号] R781.3 [文献标志码] A To evaluate the root canal filling with warm vertical condensation under Operating microscope PENG Yi，LIU Hao,CHEN Qiao (Dept. of Endodontics , College of Stomatology, Chongqing Medical University, Chongqing Research Center for Oral Diseases and Biomedical Science ,Chongqing 400015, China) [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of root canal filling with warm vertical condensation with or without dental operating microscope. METHODS: Sixty anterior teeth or premolarteeth were divided into two groups at random. Each tooth was instrumented by X-Smart rotary nickel-titanium files to a master file 0.06 taper F3, root canal in the group 1 was obturated with warm vertical condensation using system B for downpack without dental operating microscope; root canal in the group 2 was obturated using the same methods under the dental operating microscope. The root canal filling time and incidence of pain during obturation and quality of obturation were recorded and compared. SPSS19.0 software package was used for Chi -square test. RESULTS: Significant difference was found between the two groups on the quality of root canal filling post-operatively and root canal filling time (P0.05), no significant difference was found between the two groups on the incidence of pain during obturation (P0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Warm vertical condensation under the dental operating microscopeis a good method for root canal filling .It may improve the quality of root canal filling effectively, and therefo
