目录 Abstract In many macro researches on FDI theory, it is believed that there is certain correlative relationship between foreign investment and import and export trade, that is to say, foreign investment can boost the import or export. However, few scholars deal with the research carried out in enterprises from micro view, and the analysis on what kind of effect both sides make. As we all know that, in foreign-funded enterprise, there is difference between the targets of Chinese and foreign joint ventures. And this paper aims to explain these issues through its investigation: what is the difference on the strategy of import and export trade of both sides; and what the degree of the difference is, and either one side or both sides will boost the level of their import and export. In the research on bargaining power, it is believed that, in an enterprise, the proportion of share – holdings depends on the distribution of control powers which can make an influence on the performance model, cultural atmosphere, the decision of strategic goal and the final achievement. The partners can have the bargaining power by holding the control power, which has a direct influence on how to solve the divarication of different strategies. As for the issue of the partners’ fondness in foreign-funded enterprises, it can be considered that the proportion of share – holdings will influence the control powers distribution of both sides, and the difference on import and export orientation of both sides will finally influence the level of an enterprise’s import and export trade by using the control powers .
