Method: ①The studyhelps toknow andmaster the life qualityofthe severe hepatitis patients at home and abroad, the research status of pharmaco-economics and the newest advance in the studyby literature studying. The study showsthe ② survey and the analysis ofthe life quality and the effecting factors from 312 severe hepatitispatients who were under treatment in fourthird classhospitals in Shanghai from January in 2012 to August in 2013 by the common condition questionnaire, Medical outcome study short from 36 scales, SSRS, SDS based on the literature studying. ③ The study demonstrates the condition of the total cost, total utility and the rate of the cost-utility from 284 discharged patients who were diagnosed with severehepatitis in four level-threehospitals in ShanghaifromMarch in2012to June in 2013 by Medical outcome study short from 36 scales and the self-designed cost questionnaire. Results: ① The research reveals it is statistically significant when the life qualityofseverehepatitispatients comparedtonormsby analyzingthedataofitand promptsthattheirlifequalityislowerthannormalpeople’s.
