编号：0601030137 毕业论文（设计） 题目 我国国际保理业的发展现状与趋势分析 院 （系） 经济学院 专 业 国际经济与贸易 学生姓名 孔庆庆 成 绩 指导教师 耿莉萍（职称） 教授 2010年5月 诚信明由本人独立完成观点方法数据和文献等的引用已在文中指出并与参考文献相对应 签名日期： 年 月 日 摘要 国际保理业务能够解决出口企业在商业信用中所面临的融资问题和进口商的信用风险等问题。与此同时随着国际贸易中买方市场的日渐形成，国际保理业务逐渐成为了国际贸易中主要的结算方式。国际保理业务在国际市场的发展已日趋成熟，而在我国尚处于初期阶段。虽然近几年得到了较快的发展，却仍存在十分突出的问题。所以如何解决现存问题，提出一些对策建议，发挥国际保理在我国的潜力，使其能够更有利于我国国际贸易的发展，这是摆在我们面前一个重要的课题。 本文首先介绍了国际保理业务在我国的发展现状，同时阐述了其在发展过程中对我国贸易的促进作用；之后，立足于分析国际保理在我国发展中存在的问题。在仔细研读书籍和大量参考相关论文、报刊文章的基础上，本文提出了促进国际保理在我国发展的四点建议。从法律制度、社会制度、商业银行和出口企业四个角度论证了我国应如何发展国际保理业务。笔者希望这些建议能够促进我国保理业务健康、快速的发展，更好的服务我国的国际贸易。 关键词：国际保理；国际贸易；结算方式；商业信用； Abstract International factoring has already become one of the main methods of settling accounts in international trade, bases on the formation of global buyer’s market and its function of solving the problems in the deposits and buyer’s credit risk. In the global scope, international factoring has already been comparatively mature, but the development of international factoring in china is just at the staring stage. Though international factoring has developed favorably in recent years, it still contains serious problems. We should try our best to solve problems in international factoring ，put forward suggestions and release its potential in china , in order to promote the development of our international trade. Therefore the research on international factoring business becomes an important issue for us. Firstly the thesis briefly introduces the current stage and development trend of international factoring. Furthermore, it also illustrates the advantage of international factoring in our trade. Secondly, the thesis selective analyzes the problems of international factoring in china.
