医院实施药学服务影响因素及对策[摘要] 目的:探寻目前医院实施药学服务过程中存在的问题,分析其原因并提出相应对策。方法:选取广州市四家三级甲等医院的药学人员进行问卷调查。结果:大部分药学人员认为法规因素和药师观念是阻碍药学服务实施的主要因素,药师专业因素和教育因素也是阻碍医院实施药学服务的重要因素。结论:建议国家有关部门应尽快出台针对医院药学服务的法律、法规和规章,明确药师开展药学服务的内容、程序;改革药学教育模式;完善医院药师继续教育工作;加强医疗机构自身管理,建立健全药学服务管理制度,加大药学服务的宣传力度。 [关键词] 医院;药学服务;影响因素 [中图分类号] R197.322[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1673-7210(2010)04(a)-217-03 Factors affecting and countermeasures by carrying out the pharmaceutical care in hospitals CHEN Chuxiong1,LI Guocheng1,KUANG Li2 (1.Department of Pharmacy, the Sun Yat-sen Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou 510120, China; 2.Public Health, Sun Yat-sen University School, Guangzhou 510080, China) [Abstract] Objective: To explore the present problems existing in the process of carrying out pharmaceutical care in hospitals and analyze the causes and put forward some countermeasures. Methods: The questionnaire respondents were pharmacists working in four 3A general hospitals in Guangzhou. Results: Most of the pharmacists consider the imperfection of the legal system as the main problem hindering the implementation of pharmaceutical care. Besides, the pharmacists’ education background and professional qualification, leadership, resource allocation and the public opinion about the pharmacist also have great influence on this matter. Conclusion: The government should introduce relative laws and legislations on the content and procedure of the pharmaceutical care; reform the education pattern on pharmaceutical care; improve the continuing education; enhance the internal management in hospital pharmacy and establish a sound supervising system and try to promote the pharmaceutical care.
