复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗结直肠癌30例[摘要] 目的：评价复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗与单纯化疗治疗结直肠癌的疗效与不良反应。方法：将经病理确诊的60例结直肠癌患者随机分成实验组和对照组，每组30例。实验组接受复方苦参注射液联合化疗方案（mFOLFOX6）的治疗。结果：实验组总有效率（50.0％）高于对照组（43.3%），疾病控制率（90.0％）高于对照组（86.7％），但两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。实验组生活质量改善例数明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：复方苦参注射液联合化疗可以减少化疗的毒副作用，增加患者的化疗耐受性，提高了生活质量，值得临床推广及进一步研究。 [关键词] 结直肠癌 复方苦参注射液 化疗 生活质量 不良反应 [中图分类号] R273.53[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）02（b）-067-02 Compound Matrine Injection combined with Chemotherapy in the treatment of 60 patients with colorectal cancer YANG Hong, LI Hui, ZHANG Ying, ZHANG Cuiying (Inner Mongolian People’s Hospital, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Hohhot 010017, China) [Abstract] Objective: To observe and compare the efficacy and toxicity of Compound Matrine Injection combined with Chemotherapy or chemotherapy alone for colorectal cancer. Methods: 60 patients with colorectal cancer were confirmed by histopathologic examination who were randomly divided into two groups of 30 each. The experimental group received mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy plus Compound Matrine Injection; the control group received mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy alone. Each patient received at least 2 cycles of treatments. Results: The remission rate of the experimental group (50.0%) was higher than the control group (43.3%). The disease control rate of the experimental group (90.0%) was higher than the control group (86.7%), but there was no significant difference in two groups (P＞0.05). Cases of patients with improved quality of life in experimental group was highr than the control group (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Compound Matrine Injection combined with chemotherapy can reduce toxic effects of mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy, enhance patients’ tolerance in chemotherapy and improve patients’ quality of life. It is worthy to be widely used in clinic and further study.
