对于知己健康管理在社区2型糖尿病综合治疗中作用与效果探究【摘要】目的 主要对知己健康管理在社区2型糖尿病综合治疗的作用进行研究。方法 运用知己健康管理的方法对60例2型糖尿病患者进行了相关的强化管理和综合治疗,通过对患者的生活方式和综合管理防治效果的观察、分析,有效的指导患者科学的用药、适当的调节情绪实现对危险因素的有效控制。在这个过程当中，有关的医护人员通过相关糖尿病方面知识的讲解以及个性的健康指导进而使得患者能够学会对于疾病的自我管理、保健,从而有效的避免或者延缓一些糖尿病并发症的出现。结果 在经过了一段时间（3个月）的综合治疗、管理的条件下,患者的摄入食物的科学性与合理性要明显高于管理前(P0.05)；而患者主要的体测指标：例如BMI、收缩压、舒张压以及空腹血糖等多方面的指标与管理前相比都有比较明显的降低，其差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)；结论 知己健康管理在社区2型糖尿病的综合治疗方面其效果显著,值得在社区的范围内继续深入的开展下去。 【关键词】知己健康管理；社区2型糖尿病；综合治疗；作用 [ Abstract ] Objective to primarily on health management in community type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and the role of research. Methods health management methods on 60 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were related to strengthen management and comprehensive treatment, the patient’s lifestyle and the comprehensive management of prevention and treatment effect of observation, analysis, effective guidance for patients with scientific treatment, appropriate regulation of emotion to achieve effective control of risk factors. In this process, the medical personnel through the relevant aspects of diabetes on the knowledge and personality health guidance so that patients can learn for disease self-management, health care, so as to effectively avoid or delay some diabetic complications. Results after a period of time ( 3 months ) treatment, the management of the condition, patients with the intake of food science and rationality are higher than before ( P0.05 ); and the management of patients with major body index: such as BMI, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and fasting blood glucose and other aspects of the indicators and management compared to the former is obviously reduced, the difference has statistical significance ( P0.05 ); Conclusion health management in community type 2 diabetes treatment in terms of its significant effect, is worth in the community range further to carry on.
