摘要汽车租赁业作为具有广阔发展前景的朝阳产业，在我国日益成熟的汽车产业链中占有日益重要的地位。资料显示，一个完全成熟的国际化汽车市场，汽车的消费利润约占整个汽车行业利润的 20%，零部件供应利润约占 20%，而 50%-60%的利润是在汽车服务领域产生的。而在此基础上，旅游汽车租赁业也在急速发展。它为旅游者门提供了一种更为便捷的出游方式。本文详细介绍了这个新兴旅游业态的操作流程以及注意事项。通过借鉴国外旅游汽车租赁业的发展经验，在汽车租赁业的相关理论基础上，分析了我国旅游汽车租赁业发展所面临的问题。与国际旅游汽车租赁行业发展的成功经验相比, 找出我国旅游汽车租赁业目前的差距与不足，创意性的提出了我国旅游汽车租赁行业发展对策与建议。关键词：旅游汽车租赁，对比分析，建议与对策Abstract:As the sun-rising industry, which has a wide perspective, automobile lease industry iscoming to be the key role in the more and more mature automobile industry chain. Much datashowed that for a real mature international automobile market, 20% of the whole automobileindustry profit due to automobile consumption profit, another 20% due to mounting supply,50%-60% due to automobile service field. However based on it,automobile lease for travelling industry is rapidly expanding，which also provide a more convenient method of travelling for those tourists.The paper introducedtheregular operational flows and gave some advices about the infanttravelling formats in detail.By learning the developed experience about automobile lease for travelling industry abroad, Based on the theory about the automobile leaseindustry ,analyze the problems our automobile lease for travelling industry are facing.Comparing with the successful experience of international automobile lease for travelling industry to find out the difference with our automobile lease for travelling industrycurrently and provide some advices and suggestions.一、绪论研究背景汽车租赁（car rental）是指汽车租赁经营主体将合法拥有的车辆在特定时间段内（几个小时至几个月）将汽车对外租赁给承租人（单位或个人），并收取相应费用的经营性业务。史前时期，马车、四轮车等租赁在世界各地普遍存在，而最早的汽车租赁服务始现于1904 年，发展至今已有100 多年的历史。1912 年，德国的Sixt公司成立，将其3 辆汽车对外出租，成为了早期汽车租赁服务的雏形。Joe Saunders 在1916 年以一辆借来的福特汽车起家，创办了“桑德自驾系统”公司，并将业务范围扩展至56 个城市，1955 年该公司被Avis 公司收购，并发展成为现今闻名世界的汽车租赁公司。1920 年，Godfrey Davis 开创了英国最早的汽车租赁业务，其企业在1981 年被Europcar公司收购。随后，汽车租赁业在美国快速扩张与发展，1926 年在芝加哥成立的美国自驾协会已聚集了超过1 200 个代表团，汽车租赁业在美国快速兴起。二战后，众多的著名国际租车公司纷纷成立，带动了世界范围内的租车行业快速发展。目前，世界上著名的国际租车公司主要有：National、Hertz、Enterprise、Thrifty、ACE、Avis、B
