摘〔要 〕高等医学院校医事法学文化是大学文化的重要组成部分 ,医事法学文化教育既具有工具性和基础性 ,又具有人文
性 。在新的历史时期 ,我们必须坚持独立自主的价值原则 ,积极融入全球化中。坚持医事法学文化建设的民族性 ,充分发挥中
国传统文化的现代性价值 , 同时吸收和借鉴人类优秀的文化发展成果 ,构建现代医学院校生态的、和谐的医事法学文化 。

A b stract: The m edical ju risp rudence cu ltu re is an importan t a sp ect of in the cu ltu re con struction of m edical
un iversitie s. Education of m ed ical ju risp rudence cu ltu re is in strum en tal, fundam en tal and hum an istic. In the new
era, on the one hand the p rincip le of indep endence m u st be adhered to. On the other hand, we also need
in ternational coop eration and p articip ate actively in the globalization. W e shou ld adhere to the national en tity in the
con struction of m edical ju risp rudence cu ltu re, m ake fu ll u se of the value of trad itional Ch ine se cu ltu re, ab sorb and
draw le sson s from the ou tstanding ach ievem en t of m ank ind cu ltu re developm en t, and con struct an eco logical and
