This article is to better understanding the business valuation methodology and application. At present, the enterprise value evaluation method can be summarized in four ways: asset-based evaluation methods (cost method), the income the present value of the assessment method (income method), relatively assessment method (market method) and real options method. But each method appropriate to the situation is different. Each method has its pros and cons, how to choose the method of valuation as well as various methods of calculation.
