Vegetable beef porridge -
Vegetable beef porridge -
Ingredients: beef --40 grams, rice --1/4 bowl, spinach --1, broth --1/2 cup, potatoes, carrots and onions --1/5 -
One, salt - several -
Method (1) for meat and ground beef. -
(2) spinach, carrots, onions, potatoes, cooked and mashed. -
(3) the Steamed Rice, vegetables and minced meat into the pot boiled, and flavoured with salt. -
02 tofu congee -
Ingredients: rice, --1/6 bowl, broth, --1/2 cup, tofu 1/10, salt - several -
Make (1) cut the bean curd into small pieces. -
(2) cook rice, broth, tofu and water in a pot. -
(3) add some salt to the boil until it is sticky. -
03 egg congee -
Ingredients: egg --1/2, carrot --1/5, spinach --1, rice --1/4 bowl, broth --1/2 cup, salt - several -
Method (1) cut the carrots and spinach. -
(2) pour the rice, broth and chopped carrots and spinach into the pan. -
(3) boil, then add the beaten egg paste and stir, add salt seasoning. -
04 vegetables fish congee -
Ingredients: fish meat --30 grams, --1/5 carrot, radish soup kelp --1/2 cup, --20 grams of soy sauce -- some, M -
Rice --1/4 bowl -
Make (1) the fish bone to clean, fish stew and mash. -
(2) the carrot with a grater wipe. -
(3) pour rice, kelp, clear soup, fish and vegetables into the pot. -

Ingredients: rice, --1/6 bowl, water --1/2 cup, --5 grams of cheese -
Method (1) chop the cheese. -
(2) the Steamed Rice wok add amount of boiled. -
(3) boil the cheese until it is thick, and turn off the heat when the cheese begins to melt. -
06 peas porridge -
Ingredients: rice, --1/4 bowl, peas --5, milk --1/4 cup, salt - several -
Method (1) cook peas in boiling water, mash and filter. -
(2) plus the amount of water in the pot boiling with Steamed Rice. -
(3) add milk and peas, and simmer again. -
(4) seasoning with salt. -
07 walnut porridge -
Ingredients: glutinous rice --1/3 cup, walnut --5, red dates --1, salt - several -
