83-压缩传感理论与应用国际研讨会（83- International Symposium on compression sensing theory and Applications） International Symposium on compression sensing theory and Applications Meeting notice (second times) Compression sensing theory (Compressive Sensing (CS)) is a new information access theory proposed by D. Donoho, E., Candes and T. Tao a few years ago. The theory not only promotes the development of basic scientific research, but also widely used in information theory, signal / image processing, quantum information, nonlinear dynamics, radar, medical imaging and other fields. At the same time, the development of these theories have obtained many interesting data, and the actual device used in many research fields such as digital camera, x- ray CT, magnetic resonance imaging, photoacoustic imaging MRI. In recent years, many Chinese scholars have also devoted themselves to the research of CS, especially in applications.
