胞磷胆碱钠片治疗急性脑出血临床疗效[摘要] 目的 探讨胞磷胆碱钠片治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效及安全性。 方法 将本院住院治疗的急性脑出血患者178例，随机分成治疗组与对照组各89例。对照组患者采用常规的脑出血治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予患者胞磷胆碱钠片治疗。 结果 治疗组与对照组治疗后，神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前有明显改善，但治疗组改善的程度明显大于对照组（P 0.05）。治疗组89例患者的总有效率为95.51%，对照组89例患者的总有效率为69.66%，两组患者总有效率相比，治疗组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 胞磷胆碱钠片治疗急性脑出血是安全的、有效的，可以有效地改善患者的神经功能，值得在临床广泛推广。 [关键词] 急性脑出血；胞磷胆碱钠片；临床疗效；安全性 [中图分类号] R743.34 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674—4721（2012）09（c）—0060—02 The clinical curative effect of citicoline sodium tablets in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage QIU Guanyang HUANG Dandan DENG Yaofang WU Yong HUANG Hanning CUI Mingzhi Department of Neurology， the People’’s Hospital of Gaozhou City in Guangdong Province， Gaozhou 525200， China [Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect and safety of citicoline sodium tablets in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods One hundred and seventy—eight cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage hospitalized in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （n = 89）. Patients in control group were given conventional treatment for cerebral hemorrhage. Patients in treatment group were given citicoline sodium tablets on the base of the control group. Results After treatment， the neural function defect scale of the treatment group and control group were obviously improved than before treatment， while the degree of improvement in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 0.05）.
