舒洛地特联合厄贝沙坦对老年高血压肾损害干预效应【摘要】 目的 观察舒洛地特和厄贝沙坦联合治疗老年原发性高血压伴微量白蛋白尿患者的临床疗效，为老年高血压肾损害的治疗寻求新途径。方法 将76例老年原发性高血压合并微量白蛋白尿患者随机分为两组:舒洛地特+厄贝沙坦组(口服厄贝沙坦150 mg/d+口服舒洛地特250 LSU/次，2次/d)和厄贝沙坦组(口服厄贝沙坦?150 mg/d?)，随访8周。观察两组治疗前后的尿微量白蛋白、血肌酐、血浆纤维蛋白原、凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血酶时间、甘油三酯、总胆固醇指标的变化。结果 治疗8周后，舒洛地特和厄贝沙坦联合干预比单用厄贝沙坦的尿微量白蛋白值降低更为显著（?P?0.05）。结论 舒洛地特联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年原发性高血压合并微量白蛋白尿患者的安全性好，疗效显著优于单用厄贝沙坦治疗。? 【关键词】 舒洛地特； 厄贝沙坦； 原发性高血压； 微量白蛋白尿??
