Such theoretical knowledge and analysis methods have important enlightening value for todays legal research and legal practice. The former mainly summarizes and expounds the previous theoretical thread from the historical, analytical and philosophical perspectives, the latter mainly from the legal purpose, followed by the stage of legal development to be discussed. The purpose of analyzing and discussing the relationship between law and morality is to seek the ideal elements of law and ultimately guide judicial practice.
