An ente p ise should take the influence on management made by knowledge-based economy as the sta ting point of innova- tion. In o de to fit in with the demand of knowledge- based economy, an ente p ise should innovate seve al aspects, including the concept, theo y, financial isk cont ol, benefit allocation, financial institution and staff etc. It should also use inte national ad- vanced expe ience of financial cont ol to ealize the innovation of financial cont ol in the time of knowledge- based economy.
