信息资源配置学科前沿演进趋势分析 --基于统计分析和概念网络分析法 王瑜超1，卫武2 （1武汉大学信息资源研究中心；2武汉大学经济与管理学院 摘要: 本文以文献计量和概念网络分析方法为基础理论依据，对CSSCI数据库中2000-2014年信息资源配置学科的期刊文献进行了共词分析。采用聚类与K核等算法，借助了SPSS和UCINET等软件工具包，构建了我国信息资源配置学科不同发展阶段研究前沿的科学知识图谱。研究结果表明，信息资源配置学科存在八个研究前沿，分别是信息资源配置的政策法规、信息资源配置的机制模式、信息资源配置的影响因素、信息资源配置的效益、信息资源的配置的效率、信息资源配置的质量、自组织系统理论、信息资源的公平配置，这一学科由最初的理论探讨和实践应用的二元分野，到理论和实践相结合和质量管理研究的三元研究，再到三大研究导向的形成，其中不乏自然科学理论和国外新研究成果的引入，衍生出新的研究视角，研究手段向着实证方向倾斜，研究热点向着多元化方向继续深入发展。 关键词: 信息资源配置；文献计量学；聚类分析；概念网络分析；科学知识图谱 Information Resources Allocation Discipline Frontier Evolution Trend Research - -based on the Concept of Network And Bibliometrics Analysis Abstract：Based on the concept of bibliometrics and network analysis method as the theory basis, in order to use co-word concept to analysis periodical literature of information resources allocation discipline in CSSCI database among the 2000-2014 year. With the assistant of the SPSS and UCINET software, adopt cluster analysis and K-core algorithms to construct research frontier scientific knowledge network of different stages of information resources allocation. The results show that the of information resources allocation discipline have eight major research frontier direction, named information resource allocation policies and regulations, information resources allocation mechanism patterns, information resources allocation benefits, efficiency of information resources allocation, self-organizing systems theory, information resources fair allocation, This discipline from the theory and practice of the dual scientific theory research ways, from combine theory and practice and quality management three aspects research to establish three big research directions, then to introduce the nature science theory and abroad theory into information resources allocation so as to found a new aspect, research ways adopt empirical thinking, research direction on the way to the multidisciplinary field development.
