The second chapter is the basic function of cells
[teaching purposes]
1. to master the form and influencing factors of cell membrane transport.
2. grasp the concepts and characteristics of resting potential and action potential and the formation of ion mechanism.
3. grasp the transmission mechanism and characteristics of action potential and excitation on the same cell.
4. to master the excitation transfer process of neuromuscular junction, the contraction of the striated muscle and the excitation contraction coupling mechanism.
5. be familiar with the effects of preload, afterload, and muscle contraction on muscle contraction.
6. understand the molecular structure of the cell membrane.
7. to understand the form of muscle contraction and the factors that affect the contractile efficiency of striated muscle.
