胸腺肽α1单用及联合干扰素-α1b治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察（Efficacy of thymosin alpha 1 alone and interferon alpha 1B in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B） Efficacy of thymosin alpha 1 alone and interferon alpha 1B in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B 2010-02-21 Lu Zhimeng Yao Guangbi Wu Xianghui Gao Jian Zhang Qingbo Yanyan meter [Abstract] Objective To study the therapeutic effects of thymosin alpha 1 (T alpha 1) and interferon (IFN) on chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Methods 36 patients with CHB were randomly divided into two groups, A and B, and A group was treated with T alpha 1 and IFN. The B group was treated with T alpha 1 only, and the course of treatment was 6 months. Results after the treatment, in June, the level of ALT decreased to 0.0003 (72.1, 4.77), U/L and (73.7 + 37.9) U/L in A and B two groups, which was lower than that before treatment (226.7 + 219.4), U/L and (170.1 + 165.6) U/L (P=0.0027 and). The levels of HBV and DNA decreased to (0.019, 283) mEq/ml and (373 + 825) A in two groups (130 + 1438) mEq/ml, compared with those before treatment (807 + 1222), mEq/ml and (883 +) mEq/ml, respectively (P=0.0019 and, respectively). After treatment, in June, patients with ALT complete response, group A and group B were 8 cases (44%) and 9 cases (50%). The patients with HBV scavenging reaction were 8 cases (44.4%) in group A, and 7 cases (38.8%) in group B. Conclusion T alpha 1 or T alpha 1 combined with IFN- alpha 1b can achieve better results in the treatment of CHB.
