Methods: 90 cases were divided into two groups, 50 cases with Tongqiaohuoxue decoction treatment group, control group 40 cases with Nimodipine Tablets and Sibeline capsule; two groups before and after treatment were measured by TC 2020 ultrasonic velocity of the cerebral artery transcranial Doppler diagnostic instrument. Results: 36 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective, 4 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 92%; control group 17 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective, 13 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 67.5%; the total efficiency of two groups by 2 test there was a significant difference (P 0.01). The average flow velocity of intracranial artery in the treatment group was significantly different before and after treatment (P 0.01). The indexes of the two groups after treatment were also significantly different (P 0.01). Conclusion: Tongqiaohuoxue decoction is effective for migraine with blood stasis in brain.
