雌激素替代疗法对绝经后冠心病患者及正常妇女的影响（Effects of estrogen replacement therapy on postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease and normal women） Effects of estrogen replacement therapy on postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease and normal women 2011-07-21 Li Ying lanwang Tan Ning [Abstract] Objective To observe the changes of blood lipid, platelet aggregation rate, oxygen free radical and fibrinolytic activity in postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease and normal women. Methods 53 cases of coronary heart disease in postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease group, 42 cases of postmenopausal healthy women as normal control group, each group were then randomly divided into the treatment group and the placebo group, treatment group was treated with estradiol (Neal monthly 4 mg/) for 6 months, the placebo group treated with placebo treatment, observed before and after treatment patients with estrogen level and blood lipid indexes, platelet aggregation rate, oxygen free radicals and changes of fibrinolytic activity. The estrogen level of coronary heart disease group was lower than the normal control group (P 0.01); cholesterol women of Neal estradiol in postmenopausal (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein B100 (ApoB100) were decreased (P 0.05 or P 0.01), high density lipoprotein - the cholesterol (HDL-C), apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) increased (P 0.05), platelet aggregation rate (P 0.05); malondialdehyde (MDA), t-PA inhibitor (PAI) decreased (P 0.05), superoxide dismutase (SOD), tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) l high (P 0.05 or P 0.01). Conclusion estrogen can protect the heart of postmenopausal coronary heart disease patients and normal women, which suggests that estrogen replacement therapy can be used as a basic method for preventing and treating coronary heart disease in postmenopausal women.
