非创伤性双下肢缺血后处理对大鼠心肌（Non traumatic double lower limb ischemia post treatment on rat myocardium） Non traumatic double lower limb ischemia post treatment on rat myocardium Update Date: 2007-12-07 #e# Objective: To investigate whether the treatment of traumatic double lower limb ischemia reperfusion injury can alleviate myocardial ischemia / reperfusion injury (IR) in vivo. Methods: the myocardial ischemia / reperfusion in SD rats model, using Evan s blue and TTC staining, traumatic double limb ischemic postprocessing on myocardial infarction area (infarction size IS) to observe the effect of application; and biochemical detection and immunohistochemical technique, traumatic lower limbs ischemic postprocessing of non creatine (creatine kinase kinase CK (malondialehyde), MDA), superoxide dismutase (superoxide dismutase SOD) on myocardial ischemia / reperfusion injury in rats. Results: compared with the ischemia / reperfusion group, the contents of IS and MDA decreased significantly (P0.01) in the non traumatic double hind limb ischemic treatment group, while the SOD content increased significantly (P 0.01), but there was no significant difference in the CK value (P, 0.05). Conclusion: non traumatic bilateral lower limb ischemic treatment can effectively reduce the infarct size of myocardial ischemia / reperfusion, and the mechanism may be related to the reduction of free radical injury and the enhancement of antioxidation.
