高同型半胱氨酸血症与冠脉病变的关系（The relationship between hyperhomocysteinemia and coronary artery disease） The relationship between hyperhomocysteinemia and coronary artery disease 2011-06-15 Wang Zhen, Guo Jingxuan, Wang Tiancheng, Zhao Yiming [Abstract] Objective To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine (Hcy) level and coronary artery disease. Methods 102 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography and 52 patients with non coronary heart disease were collected by cross-sectional investigation. Serum Hcy levels were determined by hplc. The results of coronary artery disease and male, smoking, diabetes and elevated serum Hcy was significantly related to coronary heart disease; the levels of Hcy in patients with (19.68 + 10.05) mol/L was significantly higher than that of non CHD group (11.33 + 4.17) mol/L, P 0.01. The degree of coronary artery lesions in CHD patients with diabetes mellitus was significantly higher than that in the control group. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the odds ratio (OR) of Hcy and diabetes mellitus was greater than 1, and there was a significant difference between them. Using the forward method to observe the partial regression coefficients, it is proved that these two factors are independent risk factors of coronary artery disease. Conclusion elevated serum Hcy and diabetes mellitus are important and independent risk factors for coronary artery disease.
