41 Cases of combination therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation [Abstract] To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lumbar disc herniation. [Results] cure 25 cases, improved in 13 cases, 3 cases, the cure rate was 60.90%, with a total effective rate of 92.68%. Since 2004, I Huayu Tongluo principle, Chinese Herbs, topical, fumigation and combined pelvic traction treatment of 41 cases of lumbar disc herniation achieved more satisfactory outcome, are reported below. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 41 patients, 26 males and 15 females, aged 22 to 69 years old, the shortest course of a month, for a maximum of 15 years, in the course of a year by 18 cases, clinical manifestations: low back pain symptoms 34 cases of unilateral lower limb numbness symptoms in 36 cases, 3 cases of bilateral lower extremity numbness symptoms, examination: unilateral straight leg raising test was positive in 37 cases, bilateral straight leg raising test was positive in 3 cases, back extensor muscle weakness in 28 cases. 1.2 Imaging This group of patients were confirmed by X-ray of the lumbar spine camera ray and CT scan confirmed that some patients underwent MRI, central herniation 11 cases, two cases of spinal stenosis in 5 cases, merged yellow ligament calc
