第23卷第12期仪器仪表用户 EIC Vol.23 2016年12月 INSTRUMENTATION 2016 No.12 GE系统在英格索兰空压机中的应用刘苏（深圳市奥图威尔科技有限公司，广东深圳 518038）摘要：本文介绍了GE的VersaMax系列控制器和上位机Cimplicity HMI系统在空压机系统中应用的特点。在湖北黄石兴华生化有限公司空压机房的老空压机改造系统中，仅用原配件1/8的价格完成了一套空压机改造，成功运用了美国通用GE公司的VersaMax系列PLC替换掉了英格索兰的老式单片机控制系统，打破了英格索兰空压机换备品备件只能找他们的垄断行为，并且预留另一套改造用的点数，为以后改造不增加硬件只修改系统打下良好基础。而且用Ge Cimplicity HMI系统开发了上位机监控操作站，实现了之前只有就地操作没有远程监控操作和记录的模式。关键词：PLC；Cimplicity HMI；空压机；GE VersaMax；控制；PID 中图分类号：TP273+.2 文献标识码：B DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1671-1041.2016.12.014 文章编号：1671-1041(2016)12-0046-04 GE System in the Application of Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor Liu Su (Shenzhen Autoware Technology Co., Ltd, Guangdong,Shenzhen ,518038,China) Abstract: This paper introduces the characteristics of GE VersaMax series controller and host computer Cimplicity HMI system used in air compressor system.
