Since the 90s of last century, the education of human resource management has been developing rapidly in china. At present, more than 300 colleges and universities have set up human resource management major, and 15000 graduates are sent to the society every year.
In recent years, various enterprises have become more and more aware of the importance of talent development and management, and also urgently need professionals trained in the system to take charge of the development and management of human resources. According to the employment situation published by universities in the past few years, although the initial employment rate of human resources undergraduates is not low, it is less than half of the human resources management work. A large number of human resources professional undergraduate students have engaged in the work of professional counterparts, suggesting that there is a structural contradiction between supply and demand, the mass production human resources majors, may not meet the requirements of enterprises. This has greatly hindered the employment of graduates, and has wasted the resources of higher education. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and reflect on the orientation of training target of undergraduate talents of human resources specialty.
