浅谈项目组合管理(Discussion on Project Portfolio Management) First, the concept of Portfolio Management As a new management discipline, project management is paid more and more attention to by the industry. Meanwhile, project management is more and more widely used in modern enterprises. Project management theory, enterprise project management theory and project earned value management put forward by project management experts at home and abroad provide guidance and help for the successful implementation of project management. With the increasing number of projects within the enterprise, it is becoming a new research topic for the top managers to manage multiple projects and how to ensure that the project meets the requirements of the enterprise strategy. In recent years, some foreign project management experts put forward the concept of Portfolio Management (Project Portfolio Management). L implications of Portfolio Management Project portfolio management is the effective management of the project portfolio, PMI of portfolio management is defined as Project Portfolio management refers to the selection and support of projects or program investments. These investments in projects and programs are guided by the organization s strategic plan and available resources. Project portfolio management refers to the resources and enterprise strategic plan can be used under the guidance of the selection and support of multiple projects or project investment group. Portfolio management is through the project evaluation, selection, multi project portfolio optimization, to ensure that the project meets the enterprises strategic objectives, so as to maximize enterprise revenue. Project portfolio management is not simply a lot of project management, but beyond the border of the traditional project management, it is a bridge between the enterprise and project strategy, project implementation and business strategy together (Figure 1).
