About Diemailing observed 45 cases of acute cerebral infarction Since December 2008 we Diemailing injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction in 45 cases, clinical observation results were satisfactory, are as follows: 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case Selection: 45 cases diagnosed by brain CT infarction patients. 26 males and 19 females, aged 42-81 years, mean 61.5 years, were in the onset of 2 hours to 7 days after admission, of which associated with high blood pressure, coronary heart disease in 21 cases, 12 cases of hypertension, diabetes mellitus in 5 cases, 4 cases of rheumatic heart disease and atrial fibrillation, pulmonary heart disease in 3 cases. Control group of 45 patients, 27 males and 18 females, aged 42 to 79 years, mean 60.5 years, two groups of patients in gender, age, clinical presentation, CT and concomitant diseases were not significantly different. 1.2 Treatment: combined treatment groups (including mannitol, antihypertensive drugs, the same brain cells active drug treatment group given Diemailing injection 40ml (White Mountain, Jilin Tonghua adding 0.9% NS250ml pharmaceutical infusion, the control group to give compound adding 0.9% NS250ml 30ml Salvia infusion. once daily, 15 days for treatment, were evaluated after 2 courses of treatment. 2 results 2.1 Clinical criteria: onset time, muscle strength began to improve a treatment time, the basic cure: muscle strength returned to normal, aphasia, and cranial nerve disorders recover, live independently, effective: muscle strength improved 2 or more, aphasia, and cranial neurological disorders has been restored, life can not take care of themselves, improved: increased muscle strength grade 1-2, aphasia, and cranial nerve disorders has been restored, life can not take care of themselves, invalid: no significant change compared with before treatment. 2.2 Results: The onset time is generally within a week treatment group, mostly in 4-6 days, a week after the general
