34 4 　　　　　　　 Vol.34 No.4 2008 8 Journal of Lanzhou University of Technology Aug.2008 　　:1673-5196(2008)04-0034-06 面向全生命周期管理的产品结构模型 1, 2 2 李有堂 , 李秀玲 (1., 　730050;2. , 730050) :针对产品全生命周期管理过程中信息不全面和不 一致的问题, 给出面 产品全生命周期管理的产品结构模 型的概念和总体模型框架, 分析产品全生命周期各阶段结构模型的建立原理和演化过程, 结合物料表利用IDEF 语 言搭建产品结构子树模型之间的转换过程, 从装配和零件的角度分析产品结构模型的建立方法, 从而实现产品信 息的全面性和一致性.研究结果表明, 提出的产品结构模型可以和产品信息模型结构等结合, 构成完整的全生命周 期系统模型, 实现产品的全生命周期设计和管理. :产品全生命周期管理;产品结构模型;结构子树模型 :TH128　　:A Product structure model for life-cycle management 1, 2 2 LI You-tang , LI Xiu-ling (1.Key La oratory of Digital Manufacturing Technology and Application, The Ministry of Education, Lanzhou Univ.of Tech., Lanzhou 　 730050, China;2.College of M echano-Electronic Engineering, Lanzhou Univ.of Tech., Lanzhou　730050, China) Abstract:Aimed at the pro lem of information incompleteness and inconsistence in the process of life-cy- cle management of products, a concept of structure model of products aimed at product life-cycle manage- ment and the overall framew ork of this model w ere given.The modeling principle and evolution process of the structure model at every stages of the product life-cycle w ere analyzed, mutual conversion of the su - tree models of product structure was formulated y using the ill of materials and IDEF computer lan- guage, and the esta lishing method of product structure model w as analyzed in view of the product assem- ly and components, so that the completeness and consistence of product informations w ere realized.It w as show n y the investigation result that the product structure model proposed could e incorporated with the product information model
