The results show that organoclay has strong adsorptive capacit y to the organic pollutant in wastewater. And ,the presence of microorganism provides the possibilit y for the regeneration of organoclay. Thus ,organoclay will have great appli cable prospect in the treatment of organic industrial wastewater.
