Suggested FMEA Severity Evaluation Criteria FMEA严重性评估参考标准 Effect 后果 Criteria: Severity of Effect 标准：后果严重性 This ranking results when a potential failure mode results in a final customer and/or a manufacturing/assembly plant defect. The final customer should always be considered first. Customer very dissatisfied 产品性能下降、客户非常不满 Product have to be sorted and a portion (less than 100%) scrapped, or repaired time between one and half an hour 产品须分检且部分（非全部）需报废、 修理时间在半小时至一小时间 7 Moderate 中等 Vehicle / item operable but comfort / convenience items inoperable.
