无法收买的法官---香港陪审团制度(An impossible judge --- jury system in Hongkong) The second article of the basic law of the Hongkong Special Administrative Region of the Peoples Republic of China stipulates that Hongkong has a high degree of autonomy and enjoys administrative, legislative, independent judicial and final adjudication power.
