The normal group only underwent sham operation, the remaining 3 groupswereovariectomized. 91 days after operation, the patients were killed continuously for 90 days. The whole bone mass, calcium, phosphorus and organic matter contents were taken out of the second lumbar vertebrae. The results show that Xianlinggubao can significantly increase the bone mass and calcium and phosphorus content of the whole lumbar bone in osteoporosis rats, adjust the content of organic matter.
