Methods A prospective objective study of the method, a full-time staff by the hospital infection all patients undergoing general surgical incision were observed, and at 1 month after surgery for telephone follow, understand the surgical incision healing results were 800 cases of general surgery residents, 27 patients developed SSI, the infection rate was 3.33%; emergency surgery infection rate 7.33%, significantly higher than elective surgery 1.00% (x2 = 6.22., P lt;0.01; operation timegt; = 120 min of infection 6.66%, significantly higher than the lt;120 min of 2.61% (x2 = 6.33, P lt;0.01), perioperative use of antibiotics the infection rate is not 6.42%, significantly higher than the use of antibiotics, 2.72% (x2 = 6.55, P lt;0.01), length of hospital stay 15d of the infection rate greater than 9.00%, significantly higher than ≤ 7d, 8 ~ 14 d (x2 = 6.88, P lt;0.01, Ⅲ type wound infection rate 7.75%, significantly higher than the class Ⅰ, Ⅱ type wound infection rate 2.08% , 2.08% (x2 = 6.98, P lt;0.01. Multivariate non-conditional Logistic regression selected six SSI were significant variables, namely albumin, hemoglobin, emergency surgery, blood loss, incision type, drainage Conclusion of General Surgery there are a variety of surgical site infection risk factors and take appropriate measures for target monitoring, in order to effectively reduce the incidence of SSI.
