HBV pre-S1 antigen with the traditional two pairs of semi-and HBV-DNA-PCR study the correlation Abstract: Objective: To investigate the hepatitis B virus pre-S1 antigen (PreS1-Ag) with the traditional two pairs of semi-, HBV-DNA correlation analysis PreS1-Ag detection of hepatitis B diagnostic significance. Methods: using ELISA, PCR method of 320 cases of hepatitis B patients with HBV markers, pre-S1 antigen and HBV-DNA test. Results: HBsAg (+) HBeAg (+) HBcAb (+), HBsAg (+) HBeAg (+) modes, HBV- DNA, PreS1 an Ag detection rates were 86.9%, 85.9%, 100.0%, 100.0%, respectively, no difference between the detection rate was significant (Pgt; 0.05) In HBsAg (+) HBeAb (+) HBcAb (+), HBsAg (+) HBcAb (+) and HBsAg (+) HBeAb (+) modes, HBV-DNA, PfeS1 an Ag detection rate was 43 .3%, 45.9%, 47.4%, 46.2%, 11.0%, 11.0% in HBV-DNA (+) cases, PreS1 an Ag-positive rate was 86.8%, HBV-DNA and PreS1 a positive rate of Ag good agreement. Conclusions: PreS1 a traditional two pairs of semi-Ag and HBV-DNA closely related and can be a good reflection of the hepatitis B virus replication and infectivity, for the treatment of hepatitis B has guiding significance.
