Hemoperfusion therapy clinical analysis of 55 cases of acute poisoning [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of hemoperfusion in treatment of acute poisoning. Methods: analysis of the clinical data of 55 cases of acute poisoning patients in our hospital from May 2008 to August 2010 were treated, compared to patients in the hemoperfusion therapy before and after biochemical differences, use of indicators of the efficacy of hemoperfusion in patients with acute poisoning. Results: 55 patients, 45 cases were cured, the cure rate was 81.82%, 10 patients died, all patients poisoning rebound phenomenon does not appear before and after treatment biochemical indicators of differences significantly (P lt;0.05. Conclusions: Early hemoperfusion in patients with acute severe poisoning, which can effectively improve the success rate of the rescue. Methods: From May 2008 to August 2010 in our hospital, the clinical data of 55 patients with acute poisoning were admitted, the difference of biochemical indicators of blood perfusion before and after treatment of direct bilirubin (DBIL), indirect bilirubin (IBIL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) were compared, and to explore the efficacy of hemoperfusion in acute poisoning of patients. Results: Among 55 patients, 45 patients were cured, the cure rate was 81.82%, 10 patients died, all patients had no toxicity against jumps. Biochemical differences before and after treatment were significant ( P lt;0.05). Conclusion: For patients with acute
