Focusing on improving the detection rate of fetal malformations, the development of B-ultrasound during pregnancy to do the best time and frequency, summed up the detection rate of fetal malformations affecting a variety of factors and increased fetal malformation detection rate of preventive measures.  [Keywords] B super-fetal malformation diagnosis of fetal malformation Obstetric ultrasound diagnosis of B-is used widely to study the deeper areas. Because of its safe non-destructive, low-cost checking, inspection and easy operation, and with the scientific and technological development, B-to show all parts of the fetus, the organ development situation, has been recognized as the preferred diagnosis of fetal malformations, credible, essential to a diagnosis, maternal prenatal diagnosis of B-expectations also rising, so the correct understanding and to improve fetal malformations diagnosis and avoid misdiagnosis of great significance.  1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information December 2008 to December 2010 I conducted the examination of pregnant women prenatal B-2350, aged 23 to 45 years, mean 34 years old, pregnant women over the age of 35 to 80 cases. Examination by doing B- fetal malformations were found in 28 cases, of which 12 weeks pregnant found in 8 cases, 20 weeks pregnant and found 6 cases, 28 weeks pregnant and found 10 cases, 37 weeks pregnant and found 4 cases, postpartum found in 5 cases. Abnormal prenatal diagnostic rate of 82.2%, all abortion or fetal malformations were full-term delivery follow-up records, for inspection by the professionals, a final diagnosis by the pathologist. 1.2 Use equipment with Medison SA-8000-color three-dimensional B-ultrasonic probe frequency of S-BVW4-8 (5 MHz/60 R, B-ultrasound on pregnant women prenatal routine measurement of 12
