摘 要 由于库存资产在各企业的资产总额中所占的比率相当大。一方面，如库存量过大，则占用资金量过多，易于造成流动资金周转不灵；另一方面，若库存量过少，不能满足生产、销售的实际需要，势必要增加了采购或生产成本，造成总库存成本过大，因而不断提高库存管理水平和客户服务水平、减少库存成本就成了企业库存优化的目标。 论文首先分析了我国企业目前库存管理中存在的问题及国内外企业库存优化的研究现状，并在在研究问题的基础上，指出了研究目的和内容。然后对定西来源纸箱厂的库存及其影响因素进行了较为详细的分析，利用运筹学中存储论相关的理论和方法建立了库存优化的模型，并将模型与定西来源纸箱厂的实际情况相结合,得出相应的解决策略，最后提出企业库存优化的建议。 通过对定西来源纸箱厂库存系统的模拟研究，为企业管理者进行库存决策提供依据。 关键词: 存储论 库存管理 库存优化 ABC分类管理方法 Abstract As the inventory assets of a large proportion of the total assets of all enterprises.
