In 1928, Alexander Wall put forward the comprehensive ratio evaluation system, a number of financial ratios combined with a linear relationship, in order to evaluate the financial situation of the enterprise, after it appeared in the DuPont financial analysis system, balanced scorecard, economic value added (EVA) evaluation method, performance evaluation methods of these enterprises are rich in management the concept, worth learning. In the following, the author only analyzes the performance evaluation system of state-owned capital. I. Analysis of performance evaluation system of state owned capital The Ministry of Finance promulgated 10 indicators of state-owned capital performance evaluation in 1995, and revised it in 2002, and established a state-owned capital performance evaluation system. The establishment of Chinas state-owned capital performance evaluation system absorbs the essence of western enterprise performance evaluation system: one is to learn the DuPont financial analysis system decomposition theory; two is to draw the Balanced Scorecard of non financial indicators into the evaluation system of thought, embodies the concept of comprehensive management.
