老年人常见健康问题及护理（Common health problems and nursing care of the elderly） With the development of global population aging, Alzheimer disease (AD) has become a public health and social economic problem that seriously endangers the physical and mental health of the elderly and even seriously disabled. AD attacks are insidious and progression is slow. The disease usually experiences mild cognitive impairment (mild, cognitive, impairment, MCI) before obvious cognitive impairment such as memory, language, abstract thinking and other cognitive disorders (typical dementia) occur. MCI is a state of cognitive impairment between normal aging and dementia. In order to understand the decline of cognitive function among the elderly population in China, especially the epidemiology of MCI, the data of the health and longevity of the elderly in China in 2002 were analyzed. 1 objects and methods 1.1 the object of this study using data from the 1998 long basic influencing factor research and investigation in 2002 Chinese elderly health (the project hosted by the Peking University, aging health and family research center and Duke University in the United States funded). In 1998, a total of 8959 elderly people aged 80 and over were surveyed in 22 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, including 2418 centenarians. In 2002, a sample of 4894 65~79 year olds was added to the age range of 65 years and above. 1.2 the survey tool uses a modified version of the cognitive scale based on the MMSE, which is applicable to the elderly at an advanced age.
