心理干预在无痛人工流产术中疗效观察[摘要] 目的：对接受无痛人工流产手术的患者采用心理干预后的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。方法：抽取2008年9月～2010年9月在本站就诊并接受无痛人工流产手术的临床患者130例，将其分为A、B两组各65例。A组患者在接受无痛人工流产手术时不进行心理干预；B组患者在接受无痛人工流产手术时进行心理干预。结果：分析结果表明，B组患者的临床治疗效果与A组患者比较，其有效率明显高出很多，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；通过在手术过程中对患者的临床表现进行观察，B组患者在手术过程中的疼痛感和紧张程度明显轻于A组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在无痛人工手术的过程中采用必要的心理干预措施，可以使患者临床治疗效果显著提高，使患者的疼痛感和紧张感明显减轻，在今后的临床工作中值得进一步使用和推广。 [关键词] 无痛人工流产；术中；心理干预；疗效 [中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2012）01（a）-136-02 Curative effect observation about the psychological intervention in painless abortions operation CHEN Lei The Planning Service Stations in Liuyang City, Hunan Province, Liuyang 410300, China [Abstract] Objective: To compare and analyse the accepted surgery painlessly object of psychological intervention measures by the clinical treatment effect in painless abortions operation.
