术后早期康复训练对高龄髋关节置换患者功能恢复影响[摘要] 目的：就术后康复训练对高龄髋关节置换患者关节功能恢复的影响进行分析和讨论。方法：以2008年1月～2010年12月来本院进行髋关节置换治疗的38例高龄患者作为研究对象，并根据患者的性别、年龄、疾病类型、手术方式、全髋假体等将患者分为观察组和对照组，其中对照组患者采用的是常规康复护理，而观察组则按照特殊方法进行早期康复护理。结果：观察组患者术后半年关节功能的恢复率明显高于对照组患者。结论：科学、合理的早期康复训练有助于患者关节功能得到更加彻底和快速的恢复，应在临床中加以推广使用。 [关键词] 早期康复训练；髋关节置换；功能恢复；关节形成术 [中图分类号] R473.6[文献标识码]C [文章编号]1674-4721（2011）05（c）-107-02 Early rehabilitation after hip replacement in the elderly function recovery of patients CHENG Xiaoxia People＇s Hospital in Shimen Country of Hunan Province, Shimen 415300,China [Abstract] Objective: To analyze postoperative rehabilitation training on older pulp joint replacement patients joint function recovery influence. [Key Words] Early rehabilitation training ;Hop joint replacement ;Functional recovery; Joint formation intraoperative 髋关节置换术是目前髋关节和股骨头疾病临床治疗中最为安全、有效的一种手术治疗方法，也是这两类疾病的最终治疗方法，而术后早期康复训练则是决定关节功能能否得到有效恢复的关键因素[1]。2008年1月～2010年12月，共有68例患者来本院进行髋关节置换治疗，全部患者均在术后进行了早期康复训练，取得了令人满意的效果，本文主要以其中38例高龄患者作为研究对象，就术后康复训练对高龄髋关节置换患者关节功能恢复的影响进行分析，按照临床症状和X线评价，Harris标准评价结果，观察组患者术后半年关节功能的恢复良好患者18例，恢复良好率为94.74%，现报道如下： 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 2008年1月～2010年1月来本院进行髋关节置换治疗的38例高龄患者，男24例，女14例，年龄71～93岁，平均74.6岁。其中，股骨头无菌性坏死患者15例，类风湿关节炎患者8例，外伤性股骨颈骨折15例。根据患者的性别、年龄、疾病类型、手术方式、全髋假体等将患者平均分为观察组和对照组，两组患者手术方
